Stable Structure
This Heavy-duty CNC Inclined Rail Lathe adopts an integral cast iron slant bed structure (bed and base integrated), featuring excellent anti-vibration performance and high overall rigidity.
High-Speed Machining
Equipped with a Taiwan bushing-type spindle, it reaches a maximum speed of 4500 RPM. With high precision, stable performance and reliable quality, it is ideal for high-speed machining, especially for parts with strict surface quality requirements.
Error Elimination & Precision Improvement
Double heavy-duty guide rails achieve zero clearance and omnidirectional load-bearing. Cooperated with high-precision ball screws, it completely eliminates errors caused by long-term machining, ensuring stable machine movement, strong rigidity and high part machining accuracy.
High Performance
Adopts CNC systems such as Japan FANUC, Taiwan Syntec 22TA, KND or GSK. In addition to the traditional RS-232 interface, it is equipped with advanced 10/100 MHZ Ethernet and hot-swappable CF CARD interface, which greatly accelerates program transmission speed.
Stable Machining Guarantee
All models are equipped with high-performance AC servo motors, improving machining stability, ensuring excellent indexing accuracy and minimizing the bottom load of cutting tools.
