Inclined Bed CNC Turn-Mill Center XM-260Y


The XM-260Y turn mill center with Y axis features a high-rigidity 30° one-piece inclined bed, enhancing chip removal capacity and saving floor space. X/Z axes adopt Taiwan precision ball screws and linear guides with a rapid traverse speed of 18m/min. Laser interferometer is used to compensate for screw pitch error, ensuring high machining accuracy.
Equipped with a Taiwan sleeve-type spindle, it features high precision, high speed and stable operation. Optional hydraulic chuck and collet are available to effectively reduce workpiece clamping time.
This machine is suitable for machining shaft parts, threads, arcs, cones and internal/external surfaces of revolution. It is especially ideal for high-efficiency, high-volume and high-precision machining of rotary parts in automotive, electronics, motorcycle, home appliance, furniture and lighting industries.
