◆ Machine Features
- The bed design is optimized through finite element analysis, with a wide base and robust structure that delivers exceptional vibration absorption, high rigidity, high strength, and excellent geometric accuracy. The 30° inclined slide saddle structure enables cutting closer to the chuck, and the separated coolant tank reduces thermal deformation, ensuring long-term stability and high precision of the machine. This CNC Inclined Bed Lathe has pre-set truss mounting positions at both ends of the bed, with optional normal sliding door or pneumatic skylight sliding door, providing inherent conditions for automated machining.
- The tool turret offers fast tool changing, capable of completing complex, high-difficulty, and high-precision part machining in one setup, reducing auxiliary processing time and improving production efficiency. The guide rails and ball screws are equipped with an automatic centralized lubrication system, which supplies oil to each lubrication point at fixed time and quantity. This ensures uniform lubrication of all moving surfaces, effectively reduces friction resistance, improves motion accuracy, and extends the service life of guide rails and ball screws.

◆ Machine Introduction
XM-200/400L CNC Inclined Bed Lathe is a 2-axis linkage, servo turret semi-closed loop CNC lathe. The main machine adopts an integral 30° inclined bed with twice tempering treatment, high-precision roller linear guide rails, and ball screw drive, featuring excellent dynamic performance, high precision, and strong rigidity. It is equipped with fully enclosed protection and an independent chip collection tank, delivering excellent chip removal performance.
