Sub-spindle (Optional)

The dual-spindle series realizes A/B side machining on a single machine, greatly simplifying manual secondary clamping procedures.

XM-300CY Y-axis Interpolation Turning and Milling Compound Machine

This inclined-bed CNC turning-milling compound machine adopts a high-rigidity 15° stepped-rail one-piece bed, which enhances chip removal capacity and saves floor space. X/Z axes adopt Taiwan precision ball screws and linear guides with a rapid traverse speed of 24m/min. Laser interferometer is used to compensate for screw pitch error, improving machining accuracy.

It is equipped with a Taiwan sleeve-type spindle, featuring high precision, high speed and stable operation. Optional hydraulic chuck and collet can effectively reduce workpiece clamping time.

This machine is suitable for machining shaft parts, threads, arcs, cones and internal/external surfaces of revolution. It is especially ideal for high-efficiency, high-volume and high-precision machining of rotary parts in automotive, electronics, motorcycle, home appliance, furniture and lighting industries.
