As a robust heavy duty vertical machining center, the VMC-855L adopts Taiwan Syntec 22MA CNC system with matched servo drives and motors for 3-axis linkage. It is ideal for batch machining of complex, multi-process, high-precision parts requiring repeated clamping and diverse tooling. It excels at machining box parts, complex surfaces, special-shaped components, discs, sleeves and plates, widely used in electronics, machinery, automotive, aerospace, shipbuilding and defense industries.

Overall Structure

Main castings are high-grade cast iron with reinforced internal ribs, fully annealed and optimized via finite element analysis. It offers high strength, stable performance and minimal deformation, preserving long-term rigidity and accuracy.

Spindle

Box-type spindle head with reinforced ribs, fitted with P4 ultra-precision angular contact ball bearings and large-span support to withstand heavy radial/axial loads and reduce vibration. Taiwan BT40 spindle (8000/10000/12000rpm) driven by Japanese high-speed silent belt or direct coupling for stable, long-lasting transmission. Spindle air curtain prevents dust ingress, protecting accuracy and service life.

Transmission Parts

Uses Swiss SKF precision bearings and Taiwan PMI high-precision ball screws with prestretching to eliminate thermal elongation, boost rigidity and maintain long-term accuracy.
