This CNC horizontal machining center adopts linear roller guides for X/Y axes; hard guides or linear guides are optional for Z axis. It is equipped with mechanical spindle, servo motor, CNC electric components and fully enclosed sheet metal.

High Rigidity & Long‑term Precision |
The base, worktable, column, crossbeam, slide seat and ram are all made of high-quality resin sand molding and high-strength high-quality cast iron. They undergo a complete heat treatment process to eliminate residual stress and are equipped with sufficient reinforcing ribs to ensure that the entire machine has sufficient strength, rigidity and high stability. |

All the main mechanical castings are made of high-rigidity cast iron to ensure the best structural stability. The column, base and saddle are of box structure. Combined with a reasonable reinforcement design of the tendons and bones, it not only enhances the structural rigidity but also minimizes thermal deformation. |

The characteristics of the X and Y axis guide rails: The axis guide rail pair adopts two heavy-duty linear guide rails, which have a small friction coefficient and high sensitivity. It has low vibration at high speed and no crawling at low speed. The positioning accuracy of the drive shaft is high, and the servo drive performance is excellent. At the same time, it has a large load-bearing capacity and good anti-vibration performance during cutting, which can improve the dynamic characteristics of the machine tool, enhance the precision stability and service life of the machine tool. The shaft crossbeam guide rail adopts two heavy-duty linear guide rails. The guide rails are arranged in a stepped manner, with a large span and sufficient bending stiffness and torsional stiffness. |

Advanced CNC controller |
This machine can be equipped with imported CNC systems, including Mitsubishi (Japan), Fanuc (Japan), Siemens (Germany), and other branded CNC controllers. The three-axis servo motors and amplifiers are supplied as a complete set by the system manufacturer. The X, Y, and Z axes are driven by AC servo motors as the power source, with ball screws as the transmission components. The ball screws are fixed and supported at both ends. For the three-axis bearings, imported special precision bearing sets are used for support with bidirectional pre-tensioning, ensuring the feed rigidity and service life of the screws. For Y-axis ball screws longer than 6 meters, an advanced auxiliary support structure is provided, which effectively prevents accuracy errors caused by the sagging of long-travel screws due to gravity. The Z-axis motor is equipped with an automatic brake function. In the event of a power failure, the brake automatically locks the motor shaft to prevent rotation. |

Machine tool foundation |
1,The manufacturer provides the foundation drawings of the machine tool. The user must implement them in accordance with the drawings. The foundation must be a solid, rigid, smooth concrete-reinforced structure and meet all the requirements of the foundation drawings (for details, see item 10). |

2,The standard installation location for the equipment is ground installation. The main unit and all related accessories are placed on the ground. If there is a height limit in the factory building, the foundation can be sunken and it should be noted in the agreement; otherwise, it will not be sunken by default. |

3,If the equipment foundation is substandard, the manufacturer (service personnel) shall be obligated to put forward requirements. If the user does not adopt or modify them and installs the substandard foundation, it will cause the machine tool to deform, fail to meet the precision requirements for use, or have excessive mechanical load during the future use of the equipment.
