◆ Functional Features

3.1 Power Head Unit

Equipped with an HSK spindle featuring a maximum speed of 1500 r/min. The unit is fully integrated with the control system and supports Automatic Tool Change (ATC).
Supports Through-Spindle Coolant (TSC) and is equipped with ER water-stop collets specifically designed for internal-cooling drill bits.

3.2 Worktable System

Utilizes a 4-station rotary structure driven by a high-precision servo indexer (divider) to ensure exceptional repeat positioning accuracy. The rotation speed is fully adjustable up to 100 r/min.
The worktable surface features an inclined design integrated with a flushing system to effectively eliminate residual metal chips.
The worktable is precision-fitted to the indexer to ensure maximum structural rigidity during operation.

3.3 Tool Magazine

Features 3 stations, each equipped with 4 tool positions. It supports independent tool loading/unloading via separate system settings.
Designed for maintenance efficiency: once a tool reaches its wear limit, the magazine can rotate the tool to the front of the machine for easy replacement.

3.4 System & Protection

Control System: Adopts the KND K2000MxF3i system with an IP54 waterproof rating, providing effective protection against water mist. It includes a dedicated communication port for easy expansion with robotic manipulators.
Electrical Cabinet: Fully dustproof and moisture-proof design.
Lubrication: Equipped with a centralized automatic lubrication system that activates immediately upon machine startup.
Mechanical Protection: High-grade dust protection for all ball screws and guide rails.
Automation: Fully supports automatic loading and unloading via robotic manipulators.
