High Rigidity
Adopts high-grade Meehanite cast iron for all key structural components.
Perfect Machining Precision
Main castings including extra-wide base, saddle, worktable, column and headstock are made of high-grade Meehanite cast iron with double annealing treatment, ensuring high rigidity and structural stability.
Finite Element Analysis
Castings are optimized via computer-aided finite element analysis, with reasonable structural strength and reinforced rib layout to provide high rigidity and prevent deformation during high-speed movement.
Precise Positioning
Three axes are supported by precision linear guideways for heavy-load capacity. High-speed rapid traverse up to 48/60m/min ensures accurate positioning.
