XM-ZKHG520 is a professional rotary table drilling machine dedicated to precision drilling of metal workpieces. This rotary table drilling machine features stable performance and high efficiency, perfectly meeting the batch drilling needs of disc-type and annular metal parts.

3.1 Power Head Unit

Adopts HSK spindle, spindle speed ≤ 1500r/min, with system control and automatic tool change function.
The power head supports internal coolant supply, equipped with ER water-stop collet suitable for internal-cooling drills.

3.2 Worktable

The worktable adopts a 4-station rotary structure, driven by a high-precision servo divider to ensure repeat positioning accuracy of each station; speed is adjustable freely ≤ 100r/min.
The worktable surface is designed with an inclined plane and flushing structure to minimize residual iron chips.
The worktable is tightly matched with the divider table to ensure high rigidity of the working surface.

3.3 Tool Magazine

Each of the 3 stations is equipped with 4 tool positions, supporting independent tool loading/unloading with separate system settings.
After tool wear, tools can be rotated to the front of the machine for replacement.

3.4 Others

Adopts KND K2000MxF3i control system, waterproof grade ≥ IP54 with effective protection against water mist; equipped with communication port for manipulator connection expansion.
The electric cabinet is dustproof and moisture-proof.
The machine is equipped with centralized automatic lubrication, which runs automatically upon startup.
The ball screws and guide rails are well protected against dust.
Supports automatic loading/unloading via manipulator.
