Structure
The large carriage operates without overturning moment, ensuring stable machine running, long guide rail service life and excellent precision retention.
This flat bed lathe machine delivers outstanding cost performance and is widely recognized by users.
Multiple tool post configurations are available: vertical 4-station turret, gang tool turret, and 6-station horizontal turret.
High Precision
It adopts an integral bed leg structure and fully enclosed protection, featuring high overall rigidity and high machining accuracy. Its waterproof and dustproof performance is significantly better than similar products.
Speed Change
The spindle adopts 3-stage gear shifting, supporting stepless speed regulation within each gear; an independent spindle is also available as an option.
Wide Applicability
Suitable for turning, drilling and combined machining of small and medium-sized disc parts, shaft parts and long shaft parts.
As a reliable flat bed lathe machine, it provides stable and efficient processing for general machining workshops and mass production lines.
